Horizontal Centrifuge
Horizontal centrifuge machines are devices used to dry the fragmented wastes coming from the washing tanks in the conversion lines of the waste materials coming from nature. In this way, thanks to the 1500 dd rotation speed of the centrifugal separator rotor, foreign materials such as mud and dirt in the waste plastics are separated and the wastes are purified. Thus, thanks to the centrifugal force of the device, the plastics that are purified from heavy residues such as sand and mud are separated and the residues are collected at the bottom of the machine.
The designed holes in the inner body of the device, by means of the sheet, the angular outer drum acts as a strainer and throws the dirty water and non-plastic residue materials out of the holes. In this way, the plastics remain on the upper part in a hygienic way. In this way, a drying process up to 100% is ensured. The device is designed for drying wastes with high speed without using any heater. These systems, which are highly used in pet recycling, can reduce the humidity to below 1%. Horizontal centrifugal separators work with high capacity and create excellent results in terms of pet recycling.
Horizontal centrifugal separators can give results at much higher power, if we compare them with the conical press machine in plastic waste derivatives and hard materials. Because, thanks to this device, the degree of dryness of the plastics removed reaches 100%.
